These sessions will be held at our facility located at World Gym San Diego, 2949 Garnet Ave, 4th Floor, San Diego, CA 92109. This is right at the intersection of Garnet Ave and US Interstate 5. We’re on the 4th floor.

Important Note:

Since San Diego is home base for many of my instructors, you’ll find some of them right on the floor during your class. They’ll slip in and out of the sessions, offering advice and the experience of working with a multi-year veteran instructor. Imagine what working directly with one of these guys does for your training! And this is critical: EACH is as competent, down-to-earth approachable, and totally focused on making you better as are the rest of us! It’s a HUGE advantage available only at this location.
