Throwing:
The Art of Head Trauma
Dumps, Drops & Throws

Weapons may be the most feared aspect of a life-or-death confrontation… but NOTHING ends one faster (or more dramatically) than a well executed throw.
Throwing is one of those things that simultaneously delights and intimidates a crowd.
On the one hand, it looks great. A smaller person steps through a larger person and then, as if by magic, hurls the bigger man to the ground in a mysterious flurry of limbs and blurred motion.
But we all know there’s no way the smaller person could pick up the larger; that means it must be either magic or highly advanced skill.
And this, of course, is the intimidating part — people immediately assume they cannot hope to replicate what they just saw without years of work, bulging muscles, robes covered in black sashes with gold-fringes, and, not to mention, a law-professor-load of certificates papering their walls.
Yet nothing could be further from the truth. Because throwing is as simple as… knocking people down!
It’s doing the work of a patch of ice or a crack in the sidewalk. It’s simply recognizing when people are windmilling at the top of that last stair and giving them a good, hearty shove down the flight
What happens next is just the laws of the universe screwing with them.
All throws — from the simplest takedown to the most complex example of ‘free flying lessons’ — arise from ONE set of rules — simple, easy rules anyone can remember, recognize and quickly master.
And the best part is… between gravity and the ground, you’ve got…
A Fool-Proof Weapons System
That’s Always At Your Disposal…
Always ‘On’, And With You…
Everywhere You Go!
And the best way to understand what it looks like when it’s demonstrated correctly (and how easy it is for you to do with just minimal training), is to see it in action. So here’s…
A 6 minute, 36 second video clip, taken from the new Throwing DVD series, showing just how quickly you could put a much larger attacker completely out of commission.
What you probably noticed is pretty well described on the back of the box this set comes in:
“While throwing (with its smooth motion and flowing arts) has long been regarded as the premier technical skill in the realm of fighting, the inherent fallacy with this is the almost complete focus on ‘technique.’ “What you’ll notice here is how this series dramatically re-focuses this powerful tool squarely on the one thing that truly matters most: results.”
And finally, here’s…
An audio interview that describes in detail why you’ll want to get your hands on this new DVD series…
| Click the play button to join a conversation with TFT Master Instructor Chris Ranck-Buhr as he discusses The Art of Head Trauma: Dumps, Drops & Throws, and a few of the many unique benefits you’ll discover when you get this new series. Listen carefully at minute 7 as Chris explains why this program is strictly for life-or-death situations. The call’s about 24 minutes so give it a minute or two to download. So with that, here’s…
What You’ll Get
With This Unique Program.
First, there are 3 DVDs in the set.
- DVD #1 covers the introduction to throwing, components of a throw, the simplicity of throwing (this surprises most people), throwing as a special case of Striking, and a major section on safety precautions. This DVD is nearly 49 minutes long.
- DVD #2 introduces the first 8 throwing techniques. But don’t underestimate the amount of material here. Each technique is broken down into from 1 to as many as 7 different options. In all, there are 33 techniques and variations. That’s why the running time is almost 2 hours and 2 minutes!
- DVD #3 brings you throwing techniques #9-#15. Again, each technique is broken down into from 1 to as many as 6 different options. In all, there are 22 additional techniques and variations. And that pushes the running time for this DVD to just shy of 2 hours and 8 minutes!
All told, that’s nearly 5 full hours of jam-packed instruction on just these 3 DVDs. And there’s more. We’ve just finished the new system manual for this Throwing DVD series. 62 pages in all. It’s just now heading into production and should be available within the next 2-3 weeks. As soon as it comes off the reproduction line, we’ll be forwarding a copy to you, at no additional charge. Because of the material being shown, we’ve probably spent more time and money producing this DVD series than any other. And the results speak for themselves. This series finally pulls back the shroud of mystery surrounding this intimidating subject. Which is why you’ll want to grab one of these initial sets… today!
