As a group we purposely keep a low profile but have been around for 20+ years, having published numerous articles and been written up in magazines and journals around the world.
We’ve trained both civilian and military personnel from over 65 countries worldwide. And without franchises or studios, we’ve conducted live personal training in more than 35 different countries.
Today, people fly in from around the globe to work with our Professional Instructors and train in TFT at the San Diego Center.
These are individuals with access to the finest trainers money can buy yet who make the commitment to come here from places like London, Italy, even Australia because they want access to this group of Instructors who can ramp your self-protection & fighting skills through the roof in a special Program available no where else in the world!
Directions
This sessions will be held at our facility located at World Gym San Diego, 2949 Garnet Ave, 4th Floor, San Diego, CA 92109.
This is right at the intersection of Garnet Ave and US Interstate 5. We occupy the entire 4th floor.
To get to the 4th floor you don’t need to go inside the gym. Instead, just enter the hallway in the middle of the building that runs right beside the gym’s store (it sells food bars and fitness products). In the hallway are stairs and an elevator. Take either to the 4th floor. There’s nothing that says Target Focus Training on any doors. If you need help, anyone at the World Gym front desk will give you directions. View Map
