My name is Lawrence Jooste. I live in Johannesburg, South Africa. I have studied Tang Soo Do for almost 12 years and have also done JKD for about six months and after all that I still know in my hart that I cannot handle a violent confrontation. I gave up TSD because I was hit in the eye during a competition and though "if this were to happen in the street, I would have been worse off". I searched for something better and believed all the hype about Realistic Fighting and mixed martial arts preparing you better for actual fights. All we ever did was wrestling and some stand-up fighting. So here I am after spending almost half my life learning and practicing "martial arts" still feeling vulnerable to being attack on the street or having my home invaded by gun wielding lunatics hell bent on raping my wife, taking what they want and leaving my son without parents. I really wish I could afford you products but we just don't have the resources to afford they at the present time.
